It has been quite some time since I added anything to this site. Work & School have been taking up too much of my time lately. This is called
"Bright Stripes Baby Afghan" . I have been looking for a new and easy pattern. This has to be one of the easiest blankets I have made. This patterned called for "Vanna's Choice" colors, which I did not have in my stash. So I used colors similar to the ones mentioned. It is for my son's friend that is having a baby, so it is baby blanket size. That might be why it only took a week to make.
Here is a paisley blanket that I made for a Miss Paisley. This is just a shell stitch using the baby pastel colors from Lion Brand yarns. So pretty just like the person I made it for. Welcome to the world little Miss Paisley! Such beautiful colors!
